Grant Lyon: Comedian | Game Designer
Grant Lyon is a comedian from things like Comedy Central, Dry Bar, SyFy, Comics Unleashed, Just For Laughs, and more. His debut album Scheduled Fun Time hit #1 on the comedy charts. During the pandemic, he started making videos about the board games he loves, and now he has hundreds of thousands of followers across his Grant’s Game Recs platforms, putting out short and fun videos daily. Grant also has an hour stand up comedy show all about board games that he takes to conventions and board game stores across the world. In addition, Grant writes funny content for a lot of games sitting on the shelves of stores like Target and Walmart such as Would You Rather, That’s What She Said, Ghosted and more. In 2023, he won a TAGIE award for his creative content for board games. His debut game Curmudgeon was published by 25th Century Games, and he has more games releasing soon.
Scott Brady: Game Designer
Scott is a multiple award-winning board game designer with notable titles such as Hues and Cues and the boop. series. The recently released Caution Signs, If Then, and Better Letters have all been met with as much excitement as his previous titles. Among his recognitions are Dice Tower – Party Game of the Year (Hues and Cues), Mensa Select Award (boop.), Origins Awards – Retailer Game of the Year (boop.), People of Play – 2023 Inventor of the Year, American Tabletop Awards – Early Gamers (winner for boop, recommended for Hues and Cues), Gaming Trend – Best of Gen Con (BOOoop!, Caution Signs), among others. He is also a founder of game publisher, Play to Z, and design studio, A Game Studio, LLC. A former manufacturing executive, Scott now balances his family life with game design and industry mentorship.
Chris Chung: Game Designer
Chris is a game designer from Toronto, Canada, and known for designing and developing such games as Mensa Award-winning Lanterns: The Harvest Festival and My Little Pony: Adventures in Equestria: Deck-Building Game (Trixie is best pony.) When he's not thinking about games, he's probably perfecting his flawed chess game, working out against his will, or watching his beloved Maple Leafs fumble the bag again. His favorite designer is Reiner Knizia, his favorite game is Twilight Imperium 4, and he prefers to play as red or purple. Look out for My Little Pony: Festival of Lanterns (exactly what it sounds like) from Renegade Game Studios in 2025!
